Floor Buffing $240 - $320 min
Floor buffing restores shine and smoothness. Using a high-speed machines, it refreshes VCT, polished concrete, and natural stone floors, making them shine like new. For up to 800 sqft areas.
Auto Floor Scrubbing $500 min
Our auto scrubbing service cleans floors efficiently, removing moderate dirt and stains while restoring your floor’s appearance. For up to 800 sqft areas.
Stripping & Waxing $500 min
We strip old wax, dirt, and scratches from VCT floors, apply a neutralizer, and finish with four fresh coats of wax and sealant to restore a glossy, protected clean surface. For up to 600 sqft areas. Comes with 4 coats of wax.
Stone Restoration $400 min
Using traditional diamond polishing and impregnated diamond pads, we restore and enhance the shine of granite, marble, terrazzo, and other stone surfaces. For up to 100 sqft areas.
Floor Waxing $200 min
We apply wax to VCT floors for a high-gloss finish, to protect and maintain their shine. For up to 800 sqft areas. Comes with 2 coats of wax.
Sealing $250 min
Sealing natural stone and tile and grout to protect from stains, mold, bacteria and maintain their shine. For up to 250 sqft areas.
Tile & Grout Cleaning $300 min
We thoroughly clean grout lines, focusing on ceramic, porcelain, quarry and slate tile with specialized tools and grout cleaners to restore their original look. For up to 300 sqft areas. Does not include reseal of any tile. Re-sealer can be applied for an additional $1 per sqft, per tiled area up to 10 x 10. Additional area is $2 Per sqft $200 Minimum.

Auto scrubbing is an efficient deep-cleaning process that removes moderate dirt and stains while restoring your floor’s appearance. It’s ideal for commercial spaces needing regular maintenance to keep floors clean and safe.

We use traditional diamond polishing and impregnated diamond pads to restore and enhance the shine of marble, terrazzo, and other stone surfaces. This process smooths out imperfections and brings back the floor’s natural beauty.

Hot water extraction removes deep-set dirt, stains, mold, mildew and allergens from porous grout lines, leaving them fresh, clean, and revitalized. It’s an effective method for extending the life of your tile & grout and improving indoor air quality.

Four (4) coats of wax is applied after stripping the floor to its bare surface.

We provide free estimate over the phone or by email if you have your square footage. If we are requested to come and do a walk-through and assess the space in person, we charge a $50 estimate fee.
